K may be overpaying. In a merger why pay such a premium. Also why get involved with TVX unless I'm really missing something. The K - ECO merger I understand. Then again when gold breaks over 330 on its way to 375-400 it wont matter, everyone will be happy. I'm holding none of these right now.
