its Name to: TITAN ENERGY CORP., INC.
FORT WORTH, Texas, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- FUNSCAPE CORP. (OTC
Bulletin Board: IMPN) announced today it has officially changed its
name to TITAN ENERGY CORP., INC. The name change will be commensurate
with its recent acquisitions and business. The name derives from the
Latin poet Helios and means the Sun God or Sun Personified.
All shareholders are requested to return all certificates to INTERWEST
TRANSFER COMPANY, INC., 1981 East Murray Holladay Road, Suite 100, Salt
Lake City, Utah 84117, (801) 272-9294.
With the name change, TITAN will also be issued a new cusip number and
has requested a new trading symbol. TITAN has approximately a 750,000
share float.
Management of TITAN requests that all shareholders take physical
delivery of their certificates and keep them in a safe place until
ready to be sold or transferred. Market makers are legally able to
hypothecate up to 150% of the value of shares on deposit at brokerage
firms, thus working in a negative manner against what should be an
orderly market.
