I agree that all the research was from legit sources that I was witness to. Even the fact that paul brown and richard mcbride (may they roll over and kick me) were convicted felons was information that was in the public domain. (I think these 2 were mentioned as times when royer gave tony info). Shoot me if my memory is wrong.

The only exception would not be of information on the companies but the fact that the FBI was investigating them. That is a pretty material fact as we have seen many times stocks get ruined when they are investigated and the reasons for the investigation prove to bear merit. It certainly makes for a good starting point for further investigation.

And that is the sad part of this story. they are liars and felons under investigation by the FBI. Most total scumbags. They should have no right to continue pushing worthless paper on the investing public, but they do.

We have the right to expose them, and we do. But we don't have the right to threaten or extort from them, as Tony has been accused of. To me, that is the most disturbing of the charges.

I don't for a minute think he paid royer. I bet they were trades cleveland made for him and was paying him profits. Numbers were too inconsistant to be a payoff. And Tony was too cheap to pay anyone, even if they deserved it.

Good nite
