Depends on where you're at in the pecking order. His pals Lee Raymond at Exxon, Ray Irani at Oxy, Kenny Boy and the rest of the ten gallon capitalists think King George is a godsend. And did I mention the boys in the war rackets contracting racket. They've all (Boeing and UT, excepted) seen their stocks go up 50-60% on average since Sept. 10.
