I just checked insider buying on about 25 mid-cap biotech stocks since March on Yahoo. I only found four with market purchases as follows:

TLRK
ENZN
ICOS
ONXX

I would have thought that more purchases would have occurred given the overall weakness in the space. But the Yahoo data is old and a more current source might show greater buying.
