I doubt the insiders are short. They just do not want to be long.

I only said insiders are selling out or are already sold out. Never said they were short.

Scarcity - there has been c.100Bn of new stock, and secondaries issued to date, that has an effect on the market. As number of shares go up price goes down.

Have you looked at the other side of the equation?
How many number of stocks have gone defunct, belly-up, and no longer trade anymore? Net suplly hsares of stock have decreased not increased in the last few years.

I see sectors trading "dry" like software, internets, health services and some, but we can still continue down to $SPX=940 and below.

The growing number of proponents (or Bears??) expect the September 21 lows to get taken out. I do not.

The market will be final arbiter.

Awaiting something that looks like capitulation, or my Vix stochastic to get to o/bought

I believe 2002 will go down in the top 10 as one of the least volatile years for the VIX VIX/stochastics of all time. The pendulum is swinging backward and ratcheting down. Don't think we will get that grand capitulation in VIX like in years past.

Best Regards, J.T.
