08:58 ET Clean Harbors court hearing delayed until Jun 17 (CLHB) 9.71: A bankruptcy court has postponed a hearing on the sale of Safety-Kleen's chemical services unit to CLHB unti Jun 17 in order to give competitor Onyx North America (subsidiary of Vivendi Environnement) more time to submit a qualifying bid, something which it failed to do prior to the original deadline. Onyx must submit a bid by Friday afternoon and agreed to withdraw its opposition to the proposed sale.
