You had access to the site logs after your departure and were able to trade based on his calls and research. I'd call that a member in absentia, so I'm not impressed.

You are wrong.

The only access i had was when members emailed me his harrassing and defamatory statements about me in abstentia that were in the logs. I didn't want or need his "calls"

I didn;t have a single piece of his info. In fact, most of his calls were stocks I was already in. You have nothing to back up your statement. His research was always someone else's and often it was someone I was working with.

And you say you liked someone you knew you couldn't turn your back on?

Great way to choose friends
