The Sankyo agreement is clearly a positive. And the decision to prune and use their cash on the most promising projects seems like a smart move. I think strategic targeting rather than shotgunning is a healthy indication that management is steering and selecting rather than simply throwing all the pasta against the wall and hoping something sticks. With many good programs to choose from, I'm glad to see them willing to prioritize the best:

Our rich pipeline affords us the luxury of selecting the most attractive opportunities upon which to focus.

The T611 anti-CMV program did not seem like one of their best bets, so I'm glad to see them pull the plug. Similarly, they had already been discussing T64 as one they wanted to turn over to someone else through a partnering agreement.

I also appreciate their candid, no-BS communication. Its refreshing that they let people in on what they are doing rather than simply letting the abandoned projects wither away in silence.
