This country has benefited a great deal from immigration. Immigrants with the tenacity to immigrate to a foreign country are usually achievement oriented. There is the concern though of processing and Americanizing immigrants and the numerical limits to do it properly. Recent years have overwhelmed that capability which should be at a slower more manageable rate.
