<legitimate discovery drill hole by a junior.>

We are thinking the same way and they are coming. There are some impressive teams and plays starting up. I've talked with and reviewed these companies at and since Vancouver and have culled over about fifteen that I'm calling GAGs (geology, activity (translate active work, active smart money backers), geologists). I'm open to more input and due diligence from the thread, and if anyone wants more detail on these names let me know. I do think one could patiently stinky bid a damn good ballsy (as you say) portfolio from these names, and somewhere in there is a monster grand slam or two or three. Here's the list, there is no fluff yet in the pricing that I can see:

Ontario (Red Lake, Abitibi, etc): YQR (plus control of two million oz Jerooy), YPM has bagged the 76 sq. miles Detour Lake property and mill from NEM: excellent play backed by Prudent Bear and Sprott (and at these prices!).
Botswood Basin: MOY (also advanced deposit top quartile Ghana), GYD, DNT (also Peru).
BC: RFM, SUL
Rest Canada: RCW, and probably a bunch more Voisey Bay action I'm not knowledgeable of?
Mexico: I'm still believer, more mines will be found: NGT/AAS, AHR, GNG
PGMs: near impossible to find, but one favorite ARQ
Nevada: NPG, partner PDG is drilling some serious "company maker" holes on Carlin Trend. Good fallback if missed.
RDU: Backed by Goldfields, controls everything in Guat, that Randy Riefel doesn't and activity is on big upswing now.
Lat Am: the aforementioned DNT, and IMR's home run prospect at Rio Tabaconas, and fall back in Argentina.

POG is at 320 comrades, and these companies haven't been touched!
