Ron,

That is an interesting analysis but I really do not know if it really
is relevant. As long as the Central banks are selling, gold will go
lower. I only trade ABX and was short, but covered (a little late
by the way), and may have missed a good trade to the long side.
Now I'm mixed so sit on the sidelines. I thought it would go at least
to $16.00 and still could (should).. When I'm confused I usually wait
and more often than not, miss a trade..

ABX is holding up despite a weak gold market. And I interpret this
as good, but I'm very cautious. So many are trying to pick
the bottom.. I believe the XAU is "over priced" compared to the
underlying metal so it breaks things could get ugly, real quick..

If there is a spike down again it will be hard not to get involved on the
long side.. I will try and post my opinions, if I have any. :D
