There are lots of different ways out of K-stan, but what is needed is the most *economical* way.

I've worked both in K-stan and China in the recent past, and I can tell you that getting oil from the Caspian to Xinjiang alone is only half as far as that oil will need to go. In order to get it to the rest of the world, it will then have to travel across China, to the sea.

Now, if AIPN plans to sell all it's oil to China, then this is a moot point. I doubt this will happen, however (for a variety of reasons).

Regardless, I feel this is quite a coup for such a small company. Chevron has been in K-stan for a long time, and they've had alot of trouble working agreements with the K. Gov. AIPN seems to be doing everything right, IMO.

To all who bought and held long ago, congratulations!!!

regards,

JS
