I agree. I am also against profiling of Arabs. If we allow ourselves to justify the violation of civil liberties for one ethnic group, then we allow it for all. It would make investigations easier, to just say that being an Arab gives the government probable cause to think a crime is about to be committed. In the current situation, the alternative is enormous expenditures on intelligence. It is impractical to think it can be done. The only thing to do, is change the current situation. Enforce the freaking immigration laws. We have got to get tough on the borders and immigration.
