I'd say so. The guy mentions he advises suicide cases.

btw I think he is right in many aspects. Doing nothing is right in many cases in life.

If I was holding techs now...and they went up..I'd sell um in a flash though. I see it as the same as getting out the way of an oncoming 18 wheeler....
