Had not checked the NDX until a few mins back... I posted elsewhere that the NDX 100 at EOD close is almost at the NDX intraday low in Sep. (12 pts away). I still maintain what I said some months back that 1-2 week big selloffs based on extraneous events would not bring the lows for this downtrend. This downtrend is about something else imo as it has tried to give all kinds of reasons like election confusion, September's ghastly events, "isolated" cases like ENE etc. In the meantime, I feel that we may be at the point of a rally into options expiration.
