I know the answer to that one, since I've done it. :) We capitalized labor costs to make the project look more profitable than it actually was and to make the current year's (or two) profits look better. I'm not proud of it, mind you, and it was in a "previous life."

By the way, here is how the major market indexes have played
out since Bob Brinker's timing model turned "unfavorable" on December 31, 1999:

S&P500 Index: Down 27.4%
Dow Jones Industrial Average: Down 13.7%
Nasdaq Composite: Down 60.4%

Pretty good size bear market.
