I made no claim on the exchange between you and I that English are politer. And I never said that all Europeans live longer than Americans. But it's fairly easy to pull up life expectency statistics and see that the US has a lower life expectency than in western Europe.

One could make the logical argument that they are upset because our products are cheaper thanks to smaller subsidies, but I won't.

One could try, but it wouldn't be logical and it certainly conflicts with the story that I provided you.

I will defer instead to your obviously superior knowledge of all things everywhere.

Typical response from someone that can't defend their position and doesn't have the personal character to admit it.
