What a strange world cup. Spain look like world-beaters, two of the top 3 favorites can't get out of the first round, and the third is in a must-win situation against a team that could, quite possibly, beat them. To h3ll with history, I'm predicting Mexico-Italy ends up a 2:2 draw, Croatia takes Ecuador 1:0, and Italy joins the French and Argies on the next plane out of there. And while I'm at it, all three CONCACAF teams advance. -g-
