Gary,

There is no gang. I just laugh at how a few little old ladies and some YICs have you guys running around in circles.

You thought you could just come in and bully people out of their shares. Well guess what? Not only weren't we bullied out of our shares but our numbers have quintupled.

And we KNOW what we own. I appreciate 613's questions and know he is honest in his quest for the truth, but I know you are neither honest nor anxious to know the truth. SPD residential and commercial window sales need only be a tiny, tiny fraction of what is projected for this company to be flush with cash.

You said it would never see commercialization and you were wrong. Now you're quickly and unsuccessfully trying to come up with reasons for people to stay away from REFR or to sell. You give no substantiation, just act like a thug and threaten us and accuse us falsely.

So how's that life going for you Gary? Must be tough to have to stoop so low to make a living. And then to fail so miserably in the case of REFR.

80% of the shares purchased by YICs is staying put for a long long time. Most bought in IRAs for dividends. Your float is getting smaller and smaller and the short position is getting deeper and deeper in the hole. So no one is surprised you are pulling out all stops and throwing whatever you can to see if it will stick.

It won't.

ND

P.S. The volume is a whopping 14,900 and the hedge funds have HOW many shares to cover?
