Bear, Stearns cuts Leap Wireless to neutral from buy. Among other things, BS cited the fact that LWIN will be removed from the Russell 2000 effective July 1, 2002, so it is anticipated there will be some selling pressure through the end of the month as portfolio managers rebalance their portfolios. That accounts for the stock price receding so much today.
