Libertarians are for liberty. No government at all.

However, your exception is noted. But, the US of A is, what class? a Republic.

There are democracies all over the world, but no other country enjoys liberty in the fullest sense of the word.

What makes America great? Our Constitution, which recognizes self evident truths about the Nature of man.
