1020 on the s&p has been critical support for some time. We came up from under it today. A break below and a close below 1020 later this week would be quite bearish IMO. I am not convinced there is much growth out there -- the market seems to feel the same way. If this recovery stalls, as it might, we have a market in precarious shape. Small caps might have done well up to now. But they could be hard hit in the event that liquidity really dries up completely.
