At first I was laughing at Andy too, but I think his idea of getting rid off the gold from the vaults of CB's is one of the brightest, even if it means long dry season for the miners. Once and forever governments would not regulate POG as they do now. It is unfair. They will never do it because of their hate and love of control over the metal some calling commodity, others true money.
