Terry, In all likelihood I have been in CYJ a damn site longer than you have and have a significant investment. If you don't believe in the Calif. properties then that's fine. The results on the AZ properties to date speak for themselves. I merely stated the facts about the closing price of the stock. You appear to be one of the ones that would benefit from lower prices. As I stated the price was below the bid. If you have any facts about a scam, I am sure we would all like to hear them. If you have no facts and only rhetoric BS - then why not take it somewhere else. As long as we have investors (if in fact you are long CYJ) that are so damn stupid as to badmouth a stock they are holding long then it will take longer than it should for price appreciation.
