You are perfectly right.
I am doing something wrong
and i should be paper trading

I will not paper trade, because
i want the action.
The good part of this is that
I am trading only with a small
fraction of my capital, the rest
is in cash. If i was not day trading
then I would have been long this market
and have lost much much more.
So, that's the silver lining, in the cloud
of poor day trading.

I am doing many things wrong
What has been plaguing me recently
is the thought pattern that
the market is going to turn around
and go up, i make almost all
my day trades with that in mind

I am trying desperately to clean
my mind of any pre-conceptions
of where the market will or should go

Yesterday, i started a rule that
i can only have the 1 min chart up
during market hours.
This helps me focus just on the
minute to minute movement of the market
