The company intends to change its name to Software Gaming Corp to better reflect its new
business opportunities. The name change is subject to both shareholder and regulatory approval.

The company is now in the process of expanding its web presence to include the entertainment
and on-line gaming sector, and is encouraged by the new opportunities emerging with its recent
equity interest in Cyberglobe International Corp. By expanding its web based presence to
complement its CD-ROM business, it expects to reach a substantially broader audience. "
