The bubble mentality has barely been dented. Some erosion in stock expectations (still way too high though). But the real estate bubble mentality is approaching 2000 NAZ proportions. A friend who just a won a big cash settlement in a lawsuit is moving money out of stocks to buy California real estate at bubble prices. He cannot conceive of prices there ever going down despite their huge run.
