One could surmise that Tony brought back only those who might be useful in his future endeavors. From what I have read, both Tony and this person knew of the poor living conditions of those refugees brought over by US efforts. Neither of them seemed to have offered any assistance to those poor people. Tony is not hard to figure out. Would not surprise me to learn that he had plans to become "King Amr of Kosovo".... I always wondered what motivated him to drop everything here and rush over to Kosovo in the 1st place. Humanitarian efforts? Would it not seem that he would have had to have some "plan" cooking before he announced he was going over? I find him motivated only by power and money. Perhaps we should ask Bond, James Bond. Shootie
