Yes, I understood the arrangment and I understand Marshall protecting himself. I believe he is UBET's probably last opportunity to make a success of what is a company with a lean, sensible marketing plan.

In any event, I'm back in this morning at .72 on TVG exercising its option. Ultimately, a merger and GMST turning TVG into an IPO may be in the cards.
