How does organizing a shareholders cartel and certificate calling campaign for the SOLE purpose of manipulating a stock price up for cartel members fit into the concept of an illegal enterprise? Could people not in the cartel but actively supporting it, while knowing its purpose, be considered to be acting in concert with said enterprise? I notice that you ask a lot of questions but never answer any. Why is that?
