He's running a smear campaign against Tony. Cretins like him almost never answer a direct question. I'd guess he lost his pants on a stock that Tony or his group shorted. So, now that Tony is not here to defend himself, he is smearing for all he's worth. Smear and innuendo seems to be his stock tools of trade. TTT
