It is fact that Mr. Elgindy transferred his assets in Canada to a company in Beirut, Lebanon.

It is a fact that Mr. Elgindy traded using offshore accounts in Canada due to the reduced level of restriction on shorting, thus I speculate that these accounts must have had substantial assets.

It is a fact that Mr. Elgindy told a business partner to send all future profits to Lebanon.
