Scanshift made a lot of accusations regarding his behavior and his handling of charity funds. None of them have been disproved. And as frequently as Tony threatened law suits...he never sued Scanshift. I'm not sure he even threw out the threat. I judge Tony buy his actions...never by his words. Shootie
