Good thought! These situations are every parent's nightmare...and no one wants to think of a family member/friend doing it. But for the neighbors, it's a relief when there was a connection rather than the stranger/danger scenario. I've been checking in on the Van Damm murder on Court TV. Whoever killed that little girl should be strung up and quartered! The medical examiner's report is the most appalling I have ever heard. The evidence against the weirdo on trial is pretty overwhelming ...but it makes me angry that her mom and dad lived a life that could have put their daughter in danger from all of their weird visitors and shananigans. Child abuse is horrible but torture of a child is unbelievable!!!!
