Dan, thanks for the information on the convertible preferred shares! It is indeed messy, but I am happy to see that they won't cause major share dilution. I got the Lenox investor packet over the weekend and will be researching it shortly. From first glance, it looks very promising. I am sure I will have a few more questions for you later. It is comforting to see Lenox holding (actually inching higher) in this major market correction (bear market?). Regards, Kit
