Q: Why have the declaration dates and record dates changed from last year?

A: Dividends are declared and approved by the Board of Directors. The anticipated dividend dates have been adjusted to fit the calendar of Board meetings for 2002. Dates chosen for Board meetings take into account a variety of factors, including other items on the corporate calendar and the schedules of Directors. Please note that payable dates remain the same in 2002 as in previous years.
