This company will eventually go out of business unless they do something about DVDs getting lost in the mail. I have been a member for the last 2 1/2 months and though there was no problems during the first 2 months now suddenly 2 DVDs got lost during 2 consecutive weeks on their way back to Netflix. I spoke to my mailman who says he stopped his own subscription for the same reason.

Netflix, unless you can do something about this problem your company will be history within a year.
