Again, you are misled by an insufficient understanding of law.

There don't need to be any signatures, or even anything in writing, to make a contract, except in special cases where writing is required; in Washington, for example, any real estate contract must be in writing. If you and I meet on the street and I say "I like that watch, will you sell it to me for $50" and you say "yes," we have a contract. We don't need to know each other's names, we might know each other only by "street name", especially if we were gang members. But we have a contract.

You really shouldn't opine on thing you don't understand. You usually don't. Why are you here?
