He has done something decisive, He has shown the world that the USA will no longer force the State of Israel into not defending itself. The arab/palestinians still do not understand that they can now be removed from the face of the earth and the USA will no longer help. In fact Israel is an ally and if need be the USA will likely help remove the enemy. The fact that Israel has not gone all out and totally destroyed the arab/palestinians is proof that they still hold out some hope for a negotiated peace. Remember that innocent people in Israel are being murdered almost every day by homicide bombers and still Israel shows restraint.
