I am trying to imagine the court that would take up either of these suits, or the effect of cluttering the courts with such commonplace matters. Perhaps I am wrong, but I thought that there could be no contractual agreement unless there were an understanding that a breach would be actionable, and therefore that there could be no suit in such cases. If I am wrong, the law is, indeed, an ass......
