None of them have been disproved. And as frequently as Tony threatened law suits...he never sued Scanshift. I'm not sure he even threw out the threat. Remember, this is America, the onus is to prove guilt, not disprove all possibilities on the planet earth. Give me one irrefutable fact that guarantees guilt. One can surmise millions of theories, without any of them factual. Are they possible? Yes. 99% of the theories won't be true. One can paint an ugly picture when looking at total possibilities. But what do we "really" know. I know he is accused of some illegal activity. There is a process that will render a verdict. Until then anything you read or write is hearsay. By the way what first hand knowledge do you have of Tony's actions? PS. If you want to look at it that way, his innocents in these allegations has not been disproved either! :) Respectfully Frank
