I wonder if they will take the dow down like the Naz before this is over, I wonder if the price of homes will crash, my sister has been looking at homes, just little one level villas that need fixing up, 500,000.... crazy, we will really be able to sell these 500,000 fix er uppers for 750,000 in a few years????? Maybe its time to bring everything back to the way it used to be, people make 50,000 a year and r considered doing good, homes costing 200,000 for a nice place, maybe that is were all this is headed, who knows? |
