Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware of the switching area restrictions.

Have you heard of UCNS? They are based in Florida, but were originally a Canadian company, trading on the Alberta exchange. They re-incorporated in Delaware about 1 1/2 years ago. Stock had traded in the $4.00 range as recently as 3 years ago; has been sliding steadily south since then to a low of 3 cents last winter. Ran up recently to 28 cents, then started sliding again (currently at 12 cents). Sounds a lot like CanCall.
