Shaddup whiney boy.

Lets assume it was a contract. So what. Contracts are breached all the time for very good reasons. Some are business related, some are $$ related and some are for personal reasons. If a contract is breached, it doesn't make the breaching party a liar. The contract is breached. Period.

I would say here that in negating any "contract" argument (a notion I find patently absurd on its face), Laz most definitely has the defense of failure of consideration. Obviously when he agreed to unban you he expected you to reform your behavior and act in accordance with the thread milieu which you did not do. You continued to act like your boorish, bully boy self.

That's just my initial reaction. I can't be bothered making a more thorough analysis because the whole idea of a "contract" or that Laz is somehow a liar because you acted boorishly and got your sorry lying ass canned again from SMBR is absurd on its face. In fact, I find it incredible that you continue to have the nerve to show up on SI at all and continue posting in any forum given all that has been exposed relative to your bully boy tactics and lies. But then, anyone with a conscience and a bit of personal integrity would have put this whole issue to bed long ago.
