Thanks for the advice, but I see as much risk upside as I do
down side. Don't you think GS knows something that we
don't. The NASDAQ seems to be in the primary wave 3 of the
3 to the upside, if that is the case we could see ASND shoot
much higher quickly. The earnings on 7-15 seem to be noise
at this point. Ejabit and Dahl are experienced veterans, there will
not be any mistakes on the call.

In fact maybe Wall Street will get an education on the barriers to entry
that USRX are faces in the RAS world. Having modem DSPs is one thing, having VPDN working code and a ROBUST Radius server which does everything but wash the dishes is a real barrier to entry.

In the router world you have to be ' bug " compatable with Cisco, in the RAS world you need " bug " compatable with ASND, their Radius server is the standard.

In addition the street may realize that the GRF is working and is in several peering points doing great. Also the street may learn that the long awaited frame relay switch sales upturn has started and that large international orders are coming. People who have counted
the Cascade 500 dead are incorrect. The switch is doing excellent.
