Good point Joe. We are in the seasonly "weak" period of the market. warnings are just around the corner(GNSS today). Then in the fall (Sept-Oct)have historically been down market months. Ed, has the right id. scale in slooooowly and be mostly cash. and shorting is still a way to make $$$.
