Cat: I think we part company on the assumption that we are looking at 5% growth. The new surprises look to be on the downside. As for pricing, investors have ignored valuation at their own peril for a couple of years now -- with the Naz down 70% I think that is abundantly clear. As for ignoring terrorism, I don't agree. It is costing a fortune. It takes its toll on people's sense of security. And it can have a very dramatic impact on behavior. The tailwinds behind the market are now headwinds. I don't see how anybody could call the direction now. But if I have to bet, it will be that prices are headed lower throughout the summer.
