moneymadetrader,

Yours is typical of posts I've seen before. It's not my intention to try this case on a message board. If the government can't support it's allegation Tony goes free.

However, your arguments are fallacious.

1) Tony built a $3M home so he can't be guilty? Sure, he can be guilty. Maybe he's just stupid. Maybe he thought he could get away with anything. Is he guilty? We'll find out.

2)This is a new one. The "I doubt seriously he told these two knuckleheads to raid the FBI database" defense. Of course, you weren't there (I hope) so how would you know one way or another? Again, the government must prove it's case, but I ask you, who would've profited from it if it's true? Hey kids can you say "Tony"?

3) Your third argument is essentially the argument that if others get away with it Tony should get away with it too. Two wrongs make a right. Sorry, but this argument is only valid in Iraq and Saudi Arabia on the first Wednesday and Thursday of every month during a leap year.

Tony will have great lawyers. Money talks! Remember OJ? If he's innocent he'll walk. Maybe even if he isn't innocent.
