Tech is a lagging sector so it will probably take a couple of quarters of good economic growth before things look up. (Certain sub-sectors like telecom equipment will probably be dead for many years.) >Charts tell the story before you know why they look like that. Yes I've noticed that many times. I think there must be a lot of insider trading going on.
